Spicy chicken and chips

Quick and easy recipe for a great homemade meal

Packed full of protein, high carbohydrate and low fat. This recipe is easy to make and doesn’t take too long.

Ingredients:

  • 200g chicken breast
  • 220g potato
  • 50g salad leaves
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 10g balsamic glaze
  • Paprika
  • Chicken spice
  • Black pepper
  • Frylight 1kcal olive oil

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven. Slice the potato into chips, the size is down to personal preference, place on a baking tray and spray with frylight 1kcal olive oil, lightly season with black pepper and paprika, place in the oven at 200C for 30-40 minutes, turn if necessary.
  2. Preheat the pan. Butterfly the chicken breast and lightly season with black pepper, paprika and chicken spice (personal preference on seasoning). Add a few 1kcal sprays to the pan and then add in the chicken breast, turning occasionally until cooked thoroughly.
  3. Put together mixed salad and add balsamic glaze, add the spicy chicken and chips and enjoy!
